AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
This website (the "Site") is operated by JH Stores LLC, doing business as HarmoniLiving ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Delaware, United States.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Services". We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Cash, checks, money orders, or any other forms of payment are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Services or any content linked to the Services. We are not liable for: (1) errors or inaccuracies in content; (2) personal injury or property damage from using the Services; (3) unauthorized access to personal or financial data; (4) interruptions or cessations of service; (5) bugs, viruses, or other harmful code; or (6) any loss or damage resulting from the use of content posted via the Services. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party products or services offered through the Services, and we are not responsible for any transactions between you and third-party providers.
The equipment sold through the Service is designed by the manufacturer to be installed ONLY by licensed, trained, and insured solar electrical installation professionals. We strongly advise customers to seek the assistance of such professionals for installing any of these products. We make no warranty regarding the safety of purchasers, the success of equipment implementation, or compliance with local codes and regulations.
All installation advice provided by, whether before, during, or after the purchase, is intended purely for general conceptual education and must not replace the expertise of a licensed and trained solar specialist.
By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to indemnify JH Stores LLC fully from any legal recourse arising from the installation of products purchased.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, along with our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, arising from: (1) your Contributions; (2) your use of the Services; (3) your breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties under these Legal Terms; (5) your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (6) any harmful actions toward other users of the Services. We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any claim for which you must indemnify us, at your expense. You agree to cooperate with us in the defense of such claims. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim or legal proceeding subject to this indemnification.

While we back up data regularly, you are solely responsible for any data you transmit or activities performed using the Services. These Legal Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations under these Legal Terms at any time, without notice. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any event beyond our reasonable control.
If any part of these Legal Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court, the invalid portion will be severed from the agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Nothing in these Legal Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us, as the drafter, in the event of any dispute over interpretation.
You waive any and all defenses based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms and the absence of physical signatures from both parties.
