We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We partner with some of the most reliable freight carriers in the country to ensure timely and secure deliveries. These partners include FedEx, UPS, and Freight Club, among others.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of confirmation.
- Order Cut-Off Time:
- Orders place before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same day.
- Weekend and Holiday Orders:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours. The tracking information will include:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
- You may also utilize our Track Order page to track your order.
- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, custom delays, or carrier issues. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact our support team at support@harmoniliving.com or (740) 990-2422 for assistance.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery:

- Lost Packages:
- If you tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact us for further assistance.
- Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your pacakge at support@harmoniliving.com.
- We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Missing Items
- If any items are missing from your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.
Return and Refund
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
- Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information during checkout to ensure accuracy. If an incorrect address is provided, we will make every effort to assist in tracking the shipment through our network of carriers and suppliers.
- If the shipment is recoverable, a re-shipment fee of up to 25% of the item's value may apply.
- Unfortunately, refunds and returns are not available for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Geographical Limitations
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We regret that we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical delivery address is required.
