Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were received: unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return

- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Returns cannot be accepted if the item was sent without prior authorization. Please ensure that you contact us first before shipping the item back.
Preparing Your Return
- Package the item safely:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.
- Include documentation:
- Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
- Attach shipping label:
- Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email.
- Affix the label to the outside of the package.
Restocking Fee
- Returns for reasons other than damaged or incorrect items will incur a restocking fee of 15-25%. This fee depends on the size of the item and the freight cost to return it. Since we sell large items, return shipping can be costly.
- If your order is cancelled after it has shipped, a 15-25% fee will apply to cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellations Prior to Shipment
- You can cancel your order before it ships, but please note a 3.5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover platform-related expenses.
Damaged, Incorrect and Missing Items:
- Damaged items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- To expedite the process, provide us with photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU of the item.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Incorrect items:
- Inform us within 48 hours upon receipt.
- We will arrange for the incorrect item(s) to be returned (at our expense) and ensure you receive the correct product.
- Missing items:
- If your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@harmoniliving.com or (740) 990-2422.
- If the carrier confirms the product is lost, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Return Request Deadline
- We cannot accept requests for returns made outside the 30-day window.

- Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's policies, and we will assist you in filing claims where applicable.
Refunds
- Refund conditions:
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refund processing:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
