Renogy - Return & Refunds

Return Policy

  • Customers can cancel transactions anytime before HarmoniLiving begins the shipping process. If the order is shipped, it can be returned according to Renogy's return policy.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. HarmoniLiving will not accept returns beyond this period except for defects or quality issues after inspection and approval.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and must have a return authorization number provided by HarmoniLiving. 
  • AGM and GEL batteries are not eligible for a 30-day unconditional return or exchange due to transportation regulations. However, for lithium batteries, HarmoniLiving offers a 7-day window for returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

  • For returns related to customer preferences (not defects, shipping damage, or wrong product delivery) made within the 30-day return period, a restocking fee of 10% to 15% will be charged.
  • After receiving the returned item, HarmoniLiving issues a refund within 7 to 10 business days. Customers will be notified by email once the refund has been processed. If the refund isn’t received after this period, customers are advised to contact HarmoniLiving Customer Support.

Shipping Fees

  • HarmoniLiving covers shipping costs under the following conditions:
    • Product was damaged during shipping or warehouse handling.
    • Product defects.
    • Incorrect product was delivered.
    • Product(s) delivered were not ordered by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under other conditions. Costs vary by shipping location.
  • HarmoniLiving does NOT accept returns of items that have been modified in any way. Any modifications will void the Renogy warranty. Modified products returned to HarmoniLiving will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return/Refund Process

  • To request authorization for a return, contact HarmoniLiving customer service. Customers need to provide the reason for the return and a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The HarmoniLiving Customer Support Team will determine whether the purchase is eligible for return. After confirming eligibility, HarmoniLiving will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For products being returned due to quality issues beyond the 30 days’ return period but within the warranty period, HarmoniLiving will provide instructions on how to properly package the product for safe return. Customers should not ship the product before receiving these instructions.
  • It's important not to return any items without RMA confirmation from the HarmoniLiving Customer Support Team. For returns without RMA confirmation, the refund or replacement will not be processed, and the items will be returned to the sender.
