Lion Energy - Return & Refunds

Return Policy

  • HarmoniLiving offers a 30-day return policy from the purchase date for Lion Energy products.
  • Items eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging or in packaging provided by HarmoniLiving.
  • Proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Only items bought directly from HarmoniLiving are eligible for a refund.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to HarmoniLiving's fault, or items returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the return (and once approved), HarmoniLiving will process a refund. A credit will be automatically applied to the customer's original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
  • If a refund hasn't been received yet, customers are advised to check their bank account, then contact their credit card company or bank. If the refund is still not received, customers should contact HarmoniLiving.

Shipping Fees

  • To return a Lion Energy product, customers should contact HarmoniLiving to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) through customer service.
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless otherwise specified by HarmoniLiving. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items valued over $75.00, the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended. HarmoniLiving cannot guarantee that it will receive the returned item.

Exchanges

  • HarmoniLiving replaces Lion Energy items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • For exchanges, customers should email HarmoniLiving with a receipt or proof of purchase and any relevant details, such as a serial number and pictures of the damage.
  • Once the original unit is returned and received, the replacement unit will be dispatched. Delivery time for the exchanged product may vary based on the customer's location.

  • The return or exchange process begins by contacting HarmoniLiving's customer service.
  • Customers should follow the instructions provided by HarmoniLiving for returning or exchanging Lion Energy products, including obtaining an RMA and ensuring all required documentation is included.

  • We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
  • You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

  • In no case shall Lion Energy, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
