Return Policy

• Customers have 30 days from receipt to return BougeRV products, provided they are new, undamaged, and unmodified.
• HarmoniLiving doesn't cover shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Notification provided for out-of-stock items, with options to cancel or wait.
• Prior contact required before returning products to ensure correct return address.
• Modified products not eligible for return as they void warranty.

Refund Policy

• HarmoniLiving covers shipping for returns due to defective or incorrect items.
• Returns due to modifications are rejected and sent back at the owner's expense.
