Proof of purchase and unit serial number is required to have our customer service department provide assistance with any return or technical support matter.
If within the first 30 days of your purchase you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return the unit for a refund of the original purchase price. The unit must be NEW and UNOPENED AND NEVER INSTALLED. If the original unit purchased included accessories and these are not returned, your refund will be reduced less the amount of the current full retail cost of the item you are retaining. The customer is responsible for all shipping-related costs. EXCLUDED FROM THE FREE RETURNS POLICY ARE SALES RELATED TO SPECIAL PROMOTIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, OR CLOSEOUT PROMOTIONS IDENTIFIED AS SUCH.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the unit is received in our location and is inspected by our technicians. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for a refund.
If your purchase falls within 31-60 days, you may return new products subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in their original packaging with all original included accessories. Items must be NEW and NEVER INSTALLED. To complete the return, please have proof of purchase and serial number ready and contact customer service at (740) 990-2422.
Shipping
For any non-functioning or damaged items, please call (740) 990-2422 immediately to speak with a customer service representative. Please make sure to have your proof of purchase and serial number prior to calling. If Customer service determines that an RMA (Returns Material Authorization) is appropriate, you will receive return instructions. If a replacement unit is deemed necessary, you will be advised during the call.

Warranty Policy
HarmoniLiving limited warranty is comprehensive and covers all manufacturer defects. The following cannot be covered under warranty: physical damage or damage caused during installation, exposure to extreme climate conditions, or dismantled interiors. You must follow the recommended installation instructions when installing the device. Installation of units must comply with all local building, plumbing, and electrical codes and installed by a licensed plumber or electrician.
HarmoniLiving warranty coverage includes replacement parts and repair labor for the first year in our Service Center. After the first year, only the replacement parts will be covered. Refunds are not available under the warranty. Warranty repairs must be done at our certified Marey Service Center (the customer is responsible for return shipment).

Responsibility for this type of damage is disclaimed by Marey International LLC and Marey Heater Corporation. Please refer to your instruction manual on how to avoid exposing your unit to freezing temperatures.
