To begin the returns process, please complete our returns form. Our customer service team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm whether your return is accepted.
Important Information
- Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase unless the purchase was made on a pre-order basis. In the case of pre-orders, you have 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Filters should be unopened, clean, and undamaged to qualify for a refund upon return. Each item will undergo inspection, and a refund will only be issued if we are satisfied that the item hasn't been used. If the item has been used, a partial refund may be offered.
- All returns require proof of purchase.
- If a buyer decides to return an item due to a change of mind (outside of faults or retailer error), the buyer is responsible for return postage.
- Refunds are not provided for personalized items, as we cannot recycle these goods. Exceptions are made for personalized items if the item is faulty.
- Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund. If we receive a return that does not meet acceptable conditions, a refund may not be possible. In such cases, we may need to return the item to your default delivery address, and you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs.
- We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve or reject it. If approved, your refund will be processed. If rejected, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the item.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item with used filters.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after payment.
Shipping
On some occasions, items are returned to us due to issues with the postal or courier service's delivery. We will notify you of the circumstances and arrange either redelivery or a refund. Redelivery may require postage to be paid by the customer, especially if they were unavailable to receive the item(s) or provided incorrect shipping information. The postage fee will vary based on the shipping destination and service used and will be determined through communication between HarmoniLiving and the customer.
Further Details
Items declared as delivered by the postal service or courier used in a customer's order will be considered delivered, and HarmoniLiving holds no responsibility for the actions of third-party services. Refunds will not be issued for items declared as delivered, even if they have not reached the intended recipient.
Warranty Period
Briiv units have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase against defects and faults with the product when purchased from an official retailer.
We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you change your mind (minus shipping and handling), provided Briiv is in the same condition as when it was taken out of the box and in its original packaging.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Replacement Unit or Parts may be new or remanufactured service exchanges that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. The warranty does not cover any of the following actions:
- Periodic check ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
- Cost relating to transport, removal or installation of the product.
- Misuse, including failure to use the product for its normal purposes or incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by Lightning, Water, Fire, Acts of God, War, Public Disturbances, incorrect mains voltage, improper or insufficient ventilation or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Briiv Air Ltd.
- Any interference with the product outside of normal use, such as removing screws or tampering with the inner workings of the product, will render the warranty void.
The manufacturer warranty is only valid when accompanied by the original invoice, sales receipt or confirmation from the Briiv team of the warranty period and must be supplied by the original buyer.
